This page contains the main information you need to know about our shipping and returns policy.

1. Which courier service will deliver my order, and what are the shipping options?
Cibo uses UPS to deliver our parcels. Deliveries are made Monday–Friday.
2. How long will shipping take?
Delivery times are:
- 2 days to Belgium
- 3 days to the Netherlands, France or Germany
- 5 days to other EU countries
3. What does Cibo charge for shipping?
Everything is sent locally from Cibo. Orders over €300 (excl. VAT) are shipped free of charge.

For orders below €300 (excl. VAT), the following shipping charges apply:
- €12 for shipping to the Benelux region
- €18 for shipping to Germany
- €20 for shipping to France
- €25 for shipping to Switzerland, Czechia, Croatia, Italy, Poland, Slovakia or Slovenia
- €30 to all other European countries

For orders below €100 (excl. VAT), an additional administrative charge of €10 will also apply.

For shipping costs outside the EU, please contact us.
4. Is it possible to combine two or more orders into a single shipment to save shipping charges?
Certainly! Our team will try to arrange this for you. There should be no problem, providing the items in your first order haven’t been sent already.

We know that mistakes sometimes happen. If you’re not happy with your product, or if you accidentally ordered the wrong product, just follow our returns policy:

1. Did we make a mistake?
If we are at fault, we will arrange for collection of your order by UPS. We’ll ship you the correct products as quickly as possible, at no extra charge.
2. Did you make a mistake?
If you’re not happy with a product or have ordered the wrong thing, you can return your items, providing they are sent back unopened and in good condition. We’ll then credit your account. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
This applies only to orders from inventory. Custom-made orders cannot be returned.

3. How much time do I have to return my items?
If you want to return one or more items, you have a maximum of 30 days to return your items. The 30-day return period begins as soon as your order is delivered.


1. When will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund as soon as the returned order has arrived and been processed in our warehouse. This may take up to 14 days following receipt of your return.

Collecting your order
When you place an order, you can choose to collect the items yourself. We will get in touch with you by telephone or email when your order is ready for collection.
