Tips & tricks: Cloth grinding wheels

If you work with a laminated grinding wheel, then choose two grit types coarser than the ones you would normally use when working with grinding belts.

The aggression of the grinding wheel is determined mainly by circumferential speed.

The level of finish is improved by increasing the speed or by selecting a finer grit type at the same speed.

By the use of a finer grit type and by decreasing the speed, the cutting capacity is improved, while the level of finish is upheld.
