CS - Combined spindle mounted flap wheels – cloth/tex

Combined spindle mounted flap wheel cloth/tex CS is made from alternating tex and abrasive cloth flaps. The soft tex ensures smooth contact with minimal vibration and creates a uniform linear brushed finish, while the abrasive cloth adds extra cutting power to remove minor sanding marks and small burrs. This combination ensures a clean and consistent finish.

Tip:

Lower speed increases working comfort, extends the lifespan of the wheel and improves the finish.

Facts:

Use slightly higher pressure at first for extra grinding power. Gradually reduce the pressure for a better finish.
