The finish is consistent, reproducible and does not affect the geometry of the workpiece. The cool sanding process prevents discolouration and is ideal for heat-sensitive materials such as titanium and cobalt alloys. Errors are forgiving, ensuring a smooth and reliable result.

Properties:
Pressed abrasives consist of several layers of impregnated brushed nylon fabric, ingeniously glued together and hot-pressed into solid sheets with a controlled density, from which disks and wheels are punched. They combine good cutting performance with a high-quality finish and enable you very quickly to remove welding discouloration, to improve the surface smoothness of the workpiece, etc.
