FIW - High Performance - Hard back-up pad
High Performance hard back-up pad FIW provides firm and stable contact thanks to its specially designed construction. Its highly heat-resistant composition and heat-dissipating ribs help maintain a cooler grinding process, reducing heat build-up and helping to prevent deformation of the back-up pad during intensive use.
Call outs:
Please use a high-performance back-up pad up to grit 60 to make optimal use of the fibre disc’s capabilities.
Tip:
For fast and aggressive material removal, choose a grit between 16 and 50. Use a hard back-up pad for flat surfaces to achieve a high material removal rate.
For curved and rounded surfaces, or when a finer finish is required, use a flexible back-up pad.
