XA - Rebel One unitized finishing wheels
The unitized finishing wheel XA belongs to the X-Line within our Rebel One unitized range. It consists of a three-dimensional web of nylon fibres impregnated with synthetic resin and ceramic abrasive grains. The material is compressed to a controlled density, creating a strong and consistent 3D abrasive structure.Unitized or pressed abrasives represent the latest generation of 3D abrasive materials and provide consistent abrasive performance for professional grinding and finishing applications.

Tip:
The Rebel One X-Line has a significantly higher material removal rate than any other unitized density. The coarse ceramic grain and hard resin bond are ideal for rough grinding and aggressive applications, without losing control.
