Slightly rougher finish
The M-Line more than proves its usefulness, especially when welds or milling lines must be removed. Definitely when it must be done quickly and a slightly rougher finish is sufficient. This is a result of its slightly more aggressive actions, resulting in time saved and much less heat developed.
Furthermore the M-Line is an excellent choice to remove burrs from a work piece. But that’s not all. It can also be used perfectly to clean screw threads or break off angles, and even grinds down aluminium.
Lastly, the M-line is highly suitable for blending.
You will see, the M-line is an indispensable addition if you want to more quickly, more safely, and more comfortably finish your stainless steel and non-ferrous materials.

Speed
Follow the recommended speed on the product label.
- Low speed = maximum efficiency and a better finish.
- High speed = excessive heat generation & premature wear.
Angle
Change angle in function of your application.
- Flat use = better finish.
- Used on side = increased aggressive action.
Pressure
Always apply medium pressure.
- Pressure too high = excessive heat generation. & premature wear
- Pressure too low = little or no result.
"Zigzag" movement
Use the up and down motion (zig zag) to remove the weld discoloration.
Maximum efficiency
For optimum efficiency, the pores of the finishing wheels must be opened regularly.
