S/C - Tex sheets
Tex sheet S/C is made from nylon fibres bonded into a three-dimensional web structure with a thermosetting synthetic resin and silicon carbide abrasive grain, available in various grit sizes. The result is a flexible abrasive material with an open structure that is easy to use and provides a uniform and consistent finish without affecting the geometrical shape of the workpiece. Compared with A/O, S/C produces a finer, more uniform and matt texture and is primarily used to create decorative finishes.
