FAG - Unitized
Unitized FAG features an open structure that provides a very smooth and consistent finish. Ideal for removing weld discolouration, paints and coatings, and for structuring. The finish is consistent and reproducible without affecting the geometry of the workpiece. The cool sanding process prevents discolouration and is ideal for heat-sensitive materials such as titanium and cobalt alloys. The material is forgiving in use, ensuring a smooth and reliable result.

Properties:
Pressed abrasives consist of several layers of impregnated brushed nylon fabric, ingeniously glued together and hot-pressed into solid sheets with a controlled density, from which disks and wheels are punched. They combine good cutting performance with a high-quality finish and enable you very quickly to remove welding discouloration, to improve the surface smoothness of the workpiece, etc.
