QLVT - Quick Change - Lockit® / Roloc®
The Lockit® / Roloc® quick-change disc QLVT features an open nylon web structure with aluminium oxide abrasive grain, bonded with synthetic resin to a woven polyester structure. This construction combines flexibility with effective abrasive performance, making the disc particularly suitable for controlled finishing applications.The QLVT provides a high initial cutting action and performs effectively even at low working pressure. Its open structure helps deliver a very consistent and even finish throughout use. Combined with the Lockit® / Roloc® Quick Change system, the QLVT offers a practical solution for efficient and controlled surface finishing.

Needle-punched onto a strong woven polyester structure. Comparable finish levels to cloth sanding belts in the following grits:
RC1 = #80 - 150
RC2 = #150 - 180
RC3 = #220 - 320
