The nylon fibers are bonded together with a thermosetting resin to form a three-dimensional web structure and are available in various grain sizes with an aluminum oxide grit. The result is a springy sanding material with an open structure that works very comfortably and gives a uniform and consistent finish. The tex material does not affect the geometric shape of the workpieces. A/O achieves a good finish at a long lifetime.
