The Lockit® / Roloc® quick-change disc MLRC combines two complementary abrasive materials to grind down weld seams and produce a clean, uniform finish in a single operation. This patented Cibo RCD technology combines material removal and finishing, eliminating the need for multiple separate grinding steps.Where an experienced operator previously required at least three operations to completely remove and finish a weld seam, the MLRC allows even less experienced users to achieve consistent, professional results in a single step. The quick-change mounting system also enables fast and convenient disc changes, making the MLRC an efficient solution for reducing processing time and costs while achieving a high-quality finish.
